Accountability
The mission of the Committees of Restoration is to provide for oversight , accountability
of the government servant, and enforcement of consequences
for violations of laws under our
federal and state constitutions.
Government is never going to
police itself. We The People
are the author or inventor of government.
We The People are responsible for oversight and accountability
to the fullest extent of the law.
By our written guarantee, the "Supreme Law of the Land", The U.S. Constitution, all government exists for one purpose only:
to secure the rights of the people.
Anything government does contrary to that purpose, is destructive to it. When government becomes destructive to its purpose, it is LAWLESS.
The government is accountable to the people, and has grown beyond its lawful constratins. It is our duty as the authors of the government and it is our obligation to provide oversight, accountability and guarantee the lawful consequences for lawless servants.
Consequences
Every individual working with The Committee of Restoration and it's aflliates, members, committees, and members of the public at large will adhere to our policy of non-violence and foster a healthy dialogue with the servant of the people.
The servant goverment is the duly oath sworn and elected government "for the people and by the people."
ANYONE who advocates violence, prejudice, or hatred, does not act or speak on behalf of
The Committee of Restoration, their members, or the individuals who disseminate
truth and knowledge to the people.
WE ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE OF, NOR ARE WE ASSOCIATED WITH THE
"SOVEREIGN CITIZEN" MOVEMENT
WE ARE NOT ANTI-GOVERNMENT.
WE ARE ANTI-CRIMINAL.
Oversight
The Committee of Restoration was established to educate the body of "We The People" in truth, true history, natural and common law, unalienable rights, and the meaning
and simplicity of America's
Founding Documents.
This knowledge is necessary to restore government to its rightful form, the republic guaranteed to each state and the nation by the Constitution for the united
States of America.
The government was established by the people, for the people and as such "The People" are the author of the government and are the rightful owners of the government.
Our mission is to lawfully, peacefully remove all criminals who have infiltrated OUR government and to restore the people as the rightful authority over our elected servants.
