"We the People"...Restore the Republic

 

"We the People" authored and invented the

American government.

 

All power of government derives from the people.

ALL, not "some."

 

Only We the People have rights and our government is limited by the constrainst of the Constitution. 

 

We the People give the government temporary privileges that may be revoked or thrown off by the people. 

 

We the People have all of the power and authority to take these privileges back any time we want to...WHEN we have the knowledge, process, "infrastructure" and courage to do so.

 

The Declaration of Independence is the "Law of the Land," established

by "We the People.

 

As enshrined in the Law, the Declaration of Independence, we not only have the right, but the duty

 to "throw off" tyrannical government.

 

"The Constitution is a "compact" between the states and the "contract" that created government

ONLY for service to We the People in protecting and defending the rights of We the People.

 

The Constitution is the "contract for service," which strictly defines and limits government...it does not define, grant rights or

limit the people.

 

 Our elected servants swear their oath "to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic."

 

"We the People" have the ability and right to "alter or abolish...and institute new government."

 

Free People are

"self-governed"  and the government derives it's just powers from the consent of the people.

 

The people must defend ALL rights.

When rights are violated,

inaction and silence is consent.  

 

The Committee of Restoration is...

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR CHOSEN FORM OF GOVERNMENT

 The Committees of Restoration DOES NOT advocate, approve of or support insurrection, sedition or conspirarcy to overthrow, destroy by force, levy war against, or act in violence against the any government or the united States of America. 

 

Preamble, Declaration of Independence, 1776

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident,

  1. that all men are created equal,
  2. that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
  3. that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--
  4. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --
  5. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.....when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing , it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--

....we have laws enacted by that same nation having the primary purpose of ensuring that no one ever overthrows the existing government, conspires to overthrow it, or advocates its overthrow - without regard to whether those actions might actually be justified because the government has become abusive, despotic or tyrannical. Which illustrates a truism - the people have an absolute right to alter or abolish any given form of government, but the persons in power absolutely never want people to exercise that right."

"We the people" are the inventor and master of government and government is the servant of the people. This is the rightful relationship between free people and the government of their own creation in "a republic."

 

The Committee of Restoration is the bridge between the people and the goverment and we manage this rightful relationship through oversight and true accountability, including the necessary consequences to the fullest extent of established laws of this nation.  

 

We don't need to "alter or abolish" our chosen form of government. We need to throw off the organized crime syndicate impostring as government by identifying and replacing it with individualy rehabilitated and accountable, constitutionally literate oathkeepers.
