WHAT GOOD CAN COMMITTEES OF SAFETY DO TODAY?
Committees of Safety are a solution to modern day infringement of the natural rights of "The People" by the servant government.
Committees of Safety historically speaking were created by, and derived their authority from a "panel" of leading citizens, and were present at the
founding of our nation.
As in the past, the Committees of Safety formed the bridge between the government and ultimately derived their authority from the fount of "power" that resides in the hands of "The People".
In much the same way as in the past, the Committees of Safety provided "safeguards" to liberty and the rights of "The People."
This oversight and accountability lies in the hands of the people to enforce the consequences of the infringement from the servant government against "The People."

What is the responsibility of
the people?
Committees of Correspondence align
communication needs to provide for Safety and Protection against the enemies of liberty.
Committee members generally hold their elected position for either six months, or one year and then, voluntarily, stepped down to allow others to carry out the responsibilities of the committees. Committee appointments are aligned with an association of common interests among the people of the county.
Committees of Correspondence are the holders of the evidence for the investigations of these violations of the law, statutes, and including the violations of the
Constituion and Liberty.
The Committees of Correspondence catelouges and maintains a filing system of abuses from the elected servant government, including the abuses of laws and statutes.
"The People" are the masters of the goverment. As such, we have an interest in oversight of public servants and holding them accountable; keeping a record of each servant's good behavior as well as wrongdoing, and seeing to the appropriate complaints, adjudication and enforcement of lawful consequences applied to the fullest extent of established law.

Grand Jury
What if the government is incapable of policing itself?
Within The Fully Informed Grand Jury, a pool of Grand Jurors (25 volunteers) for each county who agree to obtain their certificate to be a member of the 'Fully Informed Grand Jury" of which five (5) regular jurors and two (2) alternate jurors will be randomly selected every six months, and will not be able to sit, again, until six months after the completion of any term that have participated in, even as an alternate juror.
The Grand Jury shall be unknown and inaccessible during their entire term. They will prepare indictments, based upon Complaints, and if probable cause is determined, then The Fully Informed Grand Jury may conduct further investigation.
Based upon information submitted, or independent thereof, of any matter brought before them The Fully Informed Grand Jury will work with the County Grand Jury to bring charges and present information for investigation along with the sheriff and/or district attorney and other elected servants of
"The People".
Other Committees...
A Committee under the County Committees of Restoration and Safety can be formed to address any issue of current modern day infringement against the People's Rights, and are not limited to and can include Committees of Digital Correspondence; Committees of Commerce, Committee of Civic Engagement; Committee of Election Integrity; Committee of Public Education Oversight; Committee of Community Engagement and Events. Committees provide education and meaningful action planning to the people at large in the principles of liberty and freedom of the original du jure Constitution for the united States of America. This education includes understanding liberty and self-governance, in all it's glory of our God given rights and as was as told by the founding father's of this nation.
